League of Encelia offers as a benefit to divisions that they may host their websites on the league domain. In addition to this, we also have a website design team which actually designs the website for divisions who request it. For more information on each, check the sections below:
Website Hosting
Any division within the league (including those with provisional status) may have their website hosted on the League of Encelia domain free of charge, with full FTP access. If you choose to have your website hosted here, your address will be http://leagueofencelia.net/<folder name of choice>. FTP access to your directory will be given to the leader of the division and/or anyone else chosen by the leader. If you wish to get web hosting, contact Tanweth (contact information is on the Staff page).
Forum Hosting
Any division (including those with provisional status) may have their own forum category on the League of Encelia forums. Any full division can also get a separate myBB forum hosted on the league domain. In both cases, your forum will use the myBB forum software, which is very versatile and has many features that other free forum software doesn't have. Forum Category on the League of Encelia Forums
While simply getting a forum category on the LoE forums does give you less administrative control over your forums, it also improves your status in the league. You have a more direct connection to other LoE members and any non-LoE members affiliated with us, which usually means more recruits and forum traffic.
You also have a great deal of administrative control:
- Division leaders and anyone else you choose are given moderator powers over their forums
- You can petition the president to have your forum rules modified from the standard LoE rules (and LoE moderators will not enforce forum rules in your forums)
- You have control over your division's member groups, which control who has access to your private forums
- If you find or create a myBB compatible theme we will set it up on your forum category
- There is no limit on the number of forums or member groups you can have. ;)
Separate Forum Hosting on the League of Encelia Domain
If you prefer to have your forums hosted separately, you may have them hosted on another website altogether, or you may ask us to set up myBB forums for your division! After they are set up, you will have full administrative control over your forums. League of Encelia may also upgrade your forums regularly when new versions are released. Whether we do or not will depend on how complex the update is and how lazy the webmaster feels at the time. :P However, we will always try to let you know of updates to the forums that are available, and if we don't upgrade them we will help you upgrade them.
This option allows you almost complete control over your forums, but reduces the connection you have to the LoE community on the main LoE forums. We will at least post a redirect forum on the main LoE forums which will redirect people who click on it to your forums, and we will offer you a news forum where you can post important clan updates for people on the main LoE forums to see if you want it.

Website & Graphic Design Team
The League of Encelia Website & Graphic Design Team (Graphic Design Team for short) will design a website for any division with full status, whether hosted on the league domain or elsewhere. Please note that, if we are already working on other projects, it may take us time to begin designing your website. If you wish to request a website, contact the project manager (contact information is below).

Description: Coordinates the team's activities and works with the divisions that request a website design.
Layout Designer: Works on a general layout on the site that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Graphics Designer: Designs graphics (banners, logos, etc.) for the website, using Photoshop or any other suitable image editing program.
Flash Designers: Makes flash animations.
Scripter: Creates scripts for the sites to add useful functions.
