August 13, 2008 - Wallpaper Contest, The Sequel Concluded! by Tanweth

The second League of Encelia Wallpaper Contest is finally concluded! I would call this contest a thoroughly good success. We had three wallpapers of very good quality (if I can say that about two of my own), and one vomit-inducing wallpaper to create a very well-rounded contest! But, without further delay, I shall announce the results:
